How I practice |
Hello! I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) with a deep passion for supporting the female body during the motherhood transition. I work with women to help optimize their bodies during preconception, prenatal, and postpartum periods of their pregnancy. I firmly believe that we need to be treated as a whole, interconnected unit, and healing the body will produce better outcomes for mom and baby during birth and postpartum. We will work together to support you, your body, and your baby during these sacred transitions to accomplish your goals- whichever stage you are in. Supplements may be recommended to help fill in gaps, however the main focus will be on food and lifestyle factors to help nourish you and babe in these important times.
