"I was a big skeptic of Chiropractic care until I met Sam. I hesitantly tried some exercises which highlighted some rather unique posture issues. He asked how my back was and I volunteered that I had some lower back pain. I figured it was simply a product of sitting by a desk most of the day. Sam clearly outlined exercises for me to perform and some posture changes. Sam recommended targeted adjustments and exercises. I cannot be more happy with the results on my lower back pain and posture. What I like most about Sam is that he does not push anything on me that I do not need. Rather, I return for appointments on my own will. I highly recommend Sam to others!" Sam is great! As an athlete, I get nervous getting certain chiropractic care done. Sam will first address the problems you are having and then make an action plan. He asks you what are things you prefer, as well as things you don't care for. He doesn't try to adjust anything you are not comfortable having adjusted. I also love the way he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to recommend him! I work at a desk, crouched over equipment or standing at a lab bench which was causing numbness, tingling and twitching in my hands and arms. So I started seeing a different chiropractor for a few months. I would go in every other week, they'd do the same adjustments and unsurprisingly I wasn't feeling any better. A friend referred me to Sam. He coupled adjustments with muscle work and exercises that I could do at home and my hands haven't twitched since. |
"During my lacrosse season I became injured and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and tendonitis. These two injuries became so severe from running that I was later put in two air walking boots and crutches from my orthopedics doctor back home. After many repeat visits to my specialist I noticed I was not getting any better or seeing progress. I was still stuck on the sidelines and not on the field, which for a collegiate athlete can be one of the most frustrating situations. My coach then suggested that maybe I could benefit from seeing a chiropractor. I was referred to Dr. Sam Lezon. Within a couple sessions I noticed a complete turn around and felt that I was actually seeing progress. Dr. Lezon took time to treat me correctly instead of just putting me in boots. Without him I wouldn’t have been back on the field in a few short weeks." I have seen numerous chiropractors without much relief in the past. I started to wonder if Chiropractic was really for me. I was then referred to SportWorks Active Chiropractic after a car accident and have gotten the best medical care of any doctor I have seen. Sam listens to what is going on, is friendly and informative, and really takes the time to provide the best possible service and treatment. Each appointment before I leave he double checks that he has treated all the areas of pain before I have walked out the door. I would refer all family and friends to Sam. |
